Create and share a booking page

Create a booking page, choose its services and hosts, override hours per page, pick a layout and theme, decide how bookings are approved, and share the link.

A booking page is the client-facing front of your services. It decides which services appear, whether the client picks a host, how the page looks, and whether a booking is final immediately or waits for your team. You can run several pages, one per location, team, or campaign, and each has its own link.

Open Booking Pages

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Scheduling & TasksCalendar Settings.
  3. Open Booking Pages.

Only the workspace owner and admins can open this screen, and it requires the Specialist plan or above. Services must already accept public bookings to appear here; see Configure a service for online booking.

Create a page

  1. Choose the option to create a new page and give it a name. The name is used to build the page's link slug.
  2. Enter the title and description clients should see at the top of the page.
  3. Work through the sections below, then save.

Choose services

Choose All online-bookable services to list every service that accepts public bookings, or select a subset for a page that should only offer some of them, for example a page for one location or one kind of work.

Choose how hosts are assigned

OptionBehavior
Auto-assign hostThe client never sees a host list. Each service's own Assignment strategy, first available or round-robin, picks the host
Client chooses hostThe client picks a host from the service's eligible hosts before choosing a time

Override a host's hours for this page

Each host listed on the page shows Inherits workspace or Page override next to their name. Use an override when a host keeps different hours for this page than for the rest of the workspace, such as a Saturday clinic or an evening consultation slot.

For each host you can:

  • Keep Inherit workspace so their normal hours apply.
  • Set custom hours that apply only to bookings made through this page.
  • Mark them Unavailable here so they never receive bookings from this page while staying bookable elsewhere.

Overrides change availability only for this page. Other pages and the workspace calendar are unaffected.

Choose the layout, images, and theme

SettingOptions
LayoutServices first, where the client chooses a service and then a time, or Calendar first, where the client starts from the calendar
Service imagesHide images, Compact, or Large
GalleryImages shown on the page alongside your services
ThemeOne of the themes in the theme list. Each theme is itself light or dark, and its tile is labeled Light / or Dark / accordingly

The public page always uses the theme you pick here, regardless of the visitor's browser settings.

Decide how bookings are confirmed

WorkflowResult
Instant bookingA booking that passes the service's rules, and any payment step, goes straight to the calendar
Request approvalYour team accepts or declines before the calendar is final. Requests wait in the Booking Queue

With Request approval, turn on Hold pending slots to keep a requested time unavailable to other clients while it waits for a decision. Leave it off to keep the time open until the request is accepted.

On an Instant booking page, a service with Manual confirmation creates its calendar event as tentative until your team confirms it. On a Request approval page no event is created until you accept the request.

Set the default page and pause pages

One page is the default. It answers the workspace's short booking link, 369.dev/ws/WS_ID/book; every other page answers 369.dev/ws/WS_ID/book/SLUG, where WS_ID is your workspace ID and SLUG is the page's link slug. Make the page most clients should land on the default.

Pause a page to stop taking bookings through it without deleting it. If you pause or delete the last active page, online booking switches off for the whole workspace and the public link shows "Booking is not available".

Share the page

Open Share & embed from the page's card or from the editor. From there you can:

  • Copy the public link to paste into an email, a signature, or a social profile.
  • Show the QR code for printed material and in-person sign-ups.
  • Open the page in a browser to check it as a client would.
  • Copy one of the three embed snippets for your website.

Verify the page

  1. Open the page's public link in a private browser window so you see it as a client does.
  2. Confirm that the services you chose appear, and that the host step shows or is skipped according to the assignment option you picked.
  3. Check that the page uses the theme you chose in the editor.

Continue to Embed booking on your website.

Booking Pages is available to workspace owners and admins on the Specialist plan and above.
