Find every Workspace369 report in one place, read the headline figures under At a glance, and see which plan opens a locked report.

Reports lists every report in one place, grouped by what you're asking about. Open it from Finance, then Reports. On a tablet or computer, a report you pick opens in place of the list, and ← Reports brings you back.

Use Find a report to filter the list by a report's name or description.

At a glance

On Commander and up, when your role can open the reports behind them and your books have posted entries, the page starts with At a glance: up to four headline figures from your books. It needs at least two figures to show.

  • Net income: opens Profit & Loss.
  • Cash: opens Balance Sheet.
  • Owed to you: opens AR Aging.
  • To pay: opens AP Aging.

Only figures whose report your plan opens are shown. When a figure is more than an hour old, it shows As of with the time it was read.

The report groups

  • Accounting: Year-end summary, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, Trial Balance, General Ledger, Recurring Revenue, AP Aging, AR Aging, Tax Summary, Budget vs Actual, Customer Profitability, Job Profitability and Service Profitability. On Specialist and up, Open Accounting next to the heading opens the Accounting page.
  • Leads: where wins come from, where leads drop out and why.
  • Memberships & check-ins: Check-ins and Members & Revenue, when your workspace uses memberships.
  • Programs & sessions: Programs & Sessions, when your workspace uses memberships.
  • Also in the app: Inbox analytics, Campaign results, Page analytics and Time reports. These stay where they are; open them from here. Each link shows only if your role can open that area.
  • Coming later: Bookings and Team Time, marked Coming soon. They don't open yet.

Where a cheap figure exists, a report's row shows it, for example the amount owed to you on AR Aging. A figure of zero is never shown; the row shows its description instead.

Plans and locked reports

A report your plan doesn't include stays in the list, locked, with the plan that opens it. Two or more locked reports in a group fold into one row, for example 9 more on Commander, with their names under it. One locked report shows as its own row with its plan. On Cadet and Voyager, the locked accounting reports fold into one Accounting reports row that says how many each plan opens. Select a locked row to see which plan unlocks it.

  • Year-end summary and Recurring Revenue are on every plan.
  • Check-ins and Members & Revenue start on Cadet.
  • Leads and Programs & Sessions start on Voyager.
  • AR Aging, Customer Profitability and Job Profitability start on Specialist.
  • Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, Trial Balance, General Ledger, AP Aging, Tax Summary, Budget vs Actual and Service Profitability start on Commander.

Who sees which report

You only see the reports your role can open, so two team members can see different lists. If you can't open any report, the page says No reports for your role. Ask the workspace owner if you need one.

  • Most accounting reports need access to the accounting reports. Recurring Revenue needs access to invoices and prices.
  • Leads needs permission to view clients and isn't shown to members limited to their own clients.
  • Members & Revenue and Programs & Sessions need permission to view clients.
  • Check-ins is for the owner and admins.
  • Year-end summary follows its own rules. See Year-end income summary.
