Leads report

See how many inquiries became wins, what they were worth, where leads drop out, why deals are won and lost, and which sources win most.

The Leads report shows how your inquiries turn into clients. See how many came in, how many you won and what they were worth, how fast you replied, where leads drop out, and why you win and lose. It's on Voyager and up.

Who can see it

  • You need permission to view clients. Staff limited to their own clients don't see the report, because it counts the whole workspace.
  • On Cadet, the Leads card shows locked with the Voyager plan. Selecting it opens the upgrade details, not the report.
  • Money shows only to people who can see prices. The owner and admins always can. Everyone else sees every count, and the sources are ranked by wins instead of money.
  • The Owner filter and the By owner table are on Specialist and up.

Open the report

  1. Open Reports.
  2. Under Leads, select Leads. Once you've won leads, the card shows how many and your win rate.
  3. Choose a period: Last 30 days, Last 90 days or This year. This year starts on the first day of your fiscal year, which is January unless you've set another month.
  4. If you run more than one pipeline, use the Pipeline filter to pick one. All pipelines is the default.

Read the top of the page

A one-line summary sits above four figures, such as "12 inquiries became 3 wins worth $4,200."

  • Inquiries: new requests in the period.
  • Won value: what the leads won in the period are worth, in your workspace currency. If some deals are in other currencies, it says + other currencies. They're not converted or added.
  • Win rate: won leads out of all closed leads, won or lost.
  • First reply: the median time to your first reply.

A figure shows None when there's nothing to count yet.

Where leads drop out

Where leads drop out lists each lead stage with how many leads reached it or got past it, and the share of the stage before that got there.

This uses the history of stage moves, which starts on the day the pipeline board was turned on for your workspace. Moves before that aren't counted.

Why leads are won and lost

  • Why leads are won lists the won reasons picked when leads were marked won, with how many and what they were worth.
  • Why leads are lost does the same for lost reasons.

Leads marked without a reason show as No reason given. To set up the reasons, see Won and lost reasons.

Sources

Sources, ranked by money won lists each lead source on the client or request, with Inquiries, Won, Inquiry → won and, for people who can see prices, Won value. Leads with no source show as No source.

Inquiry → won compares wins with inquiries on each row. Win rate compares wins with every closed lead.

On Specialist and up, By owner shows the same figures for each person. Unassigned means the lead has no owner.

Export the report

Once the report has loaded, select Export CSV. On a phone, open the More menu first. The file is named like leads_30d_2026-11-01.csv.

Every section is in one table under one header row. The Section column says which part of the report a row comes from, starting with a Summary row. The columns are:

ColumnWhat it holds
SectionSummary, Where leads drop out, Why leads are won, Why leads are lost, Source or Owner
NameThe stage, reason, source or owner
InquiriesNew requests
WonLeads won
Inquiry → won (%)Wins out of inquiries
Won valueMoney won, in your workspace currency
ReachedLeads that reached the stage
Of stage before (%)The share of the stage before
LostLeads lost
Lost valueMoney lost, in your workspace currency
Win rate (%)Won out of all closed
First reply (minutes)The median first reply

The Won value and Lost value headers name the currency. For anyone who can't see prices, the file leaves both columns out.

If something looks off

  • No leads yet in this period. Nothing came in or closed. Pick a longer period, or select Open pipeline to go to the board.
  • The numbers didn't change right away. The report can be up to 5 minutes old. Open it again a little later.
  • Where leads drop out is short. Stage history only starts on the day the board was turned on.
  • A deal isn't in Won value. It's in a different currency from your workspace, or the lead isn't marked won in this period.
