The Programs & Sessions report shows how your programs are running, across all of them or one at a time. See how each coach's one-to-one sessions went, how many group calls were held, and how each tier is doing. It's on Voyager and up.

## Who can see it

- Memberships has to be turned on for your workspace, and you need permission to view clients.
- On Cadet, the **Programs & Sessions** card shows locked with the Voyager plan. Selecting it opens the upgrade details, not the report.
- Only the owner and admins see money. Everyone else who can open the report, front-desk staff included, sees every count. In place of the **MRR** column they see **Monthly revenue shows to the owner and admins.**
- Staff limited to their own clients see only their own members and sessions.

## Open the report

1. Open **Reports**.
2. Under **Programs & sessions**, select **Programs & Sessions**.
3. Choose a period: **This month**, **Last month**, **Last 30 days**, **This quarter** or **Custom dates…**. A report covers up to 92 days.
4. If you run two or more programs, use the **Program** filter to pick one. **All programs** is the default.

The line above the figures sums up the period and program you picked.

## Read the top of the page

A one-line summary sits above four figures:

- **Sessions**: one-to-one sessions in the period.
- **Attended**: how many of those were attended, with the number of no-shows beneath it.
- **Show-up rate**: attended sessions out of attended plus no-shows.
- **Group calls held**: group calls that took place.

Any sessions booked but not yet held are noted as upcoming and stay out of the show-up rate. A session or group call shared by two programs counts once.

A zero shows as **None**. So does a show-up rate before any session has finished.

## By coach

**By coach** lists one-to-one sessions for each coach, with **Sessions**, **Attended**, **No-shows** and **Show-up**, and a total at the end.

- Group calls aren't counted here.
- A session nobody marked as a no-show counts as attended, so mark no-shows to keep the rate accurate.
- **Unassigned** means the session has no coach. **Former team member** means the coach has left your team.

## By tier

**By tier** lists each program tier with:

- **Members**: members today.
- **MRR**: monthly recurring revenue today, in the program's currency. Owner and admins only.
- **Renewals due**: renewals in the month after the period. The table's subtitle names the month.
- **Left** and **Joined**: members who left or joined during the period.

Two things to know about **MRR**:

- **Paused members are included.** Their monthly amount stays in the figure.
- **Other currencies are counted, not added.** If your programs use different currencies, the total lists each one on its own, such as $10,269 · €490. Nothing is converted. A member billed in a different currency from their program counts in **Members**, but their revenue isn't included anywhere, and a note below the table says how many.

MRR comes from your members' plans. It isn't money collected, so it won't match your payments for the month.

## Export the report

Once the report has loaded, select **Export CSV**. On a phone, open the **More** menu first. The file holds what's on the page, by coach and by tier. For anyone who doesn't see money, the file leaves it out too.

## If something looks off

- **No program activity in this range.** Nothing happened in the period. Pick a longer one.
- **Some sessions weren't counted.** The range holds more than the report reads at once. Pick a shorter period for exact figures.
- **A no-show shows as attended.** Nobody marked that session as a no-show. Mark it, then open the report again.
- **MRR looks different from what you collected.** MRR includes paused members, lists each currency on its own, and isn't based on payments. It also leaves out members billed in a different currency from their program.
