Workspace369 connects client records, delivery work, communication, billing, automation, and reporting. This documentation follows those workflows instead of treating each screen as an isolated feature.

## Choose a starting point

- Use [Quickstart](/v/2026.3/getting-started/quickstart/) when you are opening a new workspace or want to validate the basic client-to-payment flow.
- Use [Clients and CRM](/v/2026.3/core-workflows/clients-and-crm/) when you need to organize contacts, companies, notes, and connected work.
- Use [Requests and intake forms](/v/2026.3/core-workflows/requests-and-intake-forms/) when leads should arrive from your website, funnels, or another system.
- Use [Online booking overview](/v/2026.3/scheduling/online-booking-overview/) when clients should book services themselves from a public page or your website.
- Use [Inbox overview](/v/2026.3/communication/inbox-overview/) for conversations, SMS, files, notes, and follow-up.
- Use [Product catalog](/v/2026.3/catalog/product-catalog/) to define what you sell and track stock levels for physical goods and supplies.
- Use [Proposals](/v/2026.3/finance/proposals-overview/) when you need a client to approve priced work before it starts.
- Use [Invoices and payments](/v/2026.3/finance/invoices-and-payments/) when you are ready to bill a client and follow payment status.
- Use [Team access and permissions](/v/2026.3/admin/team-access-and-permissions/) when you are onboarding teammates or contractors.
- Use [AI AutoPilot assistant](/v/2026.3/automation/ask-ai-assistant/) to find, summarize, and act on your records from inside the app, and [Tokens and AI billing](/v/2026.3/automation/tokens-and-ai-billing/) to understand what it costs.
- Use [Connect AI apps with MCP](/v/2026.3/ai-connections/connect-ai-apps-with-mcp/) when you want Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or another AI app to work in your workspace as you.

## How versioning works

Every article is attached to the Workspace369 release it describes. The current documentation lives under `/v/2026.3/`. Future product releases will receive a new version so older behavior is not silently rewritten.

> If the interface in your workspace differs from an article, verify the documentation version first, then contact support with the page and workflow you are using.

## What to include in a support request

Good support context shortens the path to an answer. Include:

1. The page or module where the issue occurred.
2. The client, project, conversation, or billing record involved.
3. The result you expected.
4. The last action completed before progress stopped.
5. A screenshot when it does not expose sensitive client information.

Email [support@workspace369.com](mailto:support@workspace369.com) when the documentation does not resolve the workflow.
